  • The item I want is out of stock. Can I still make an order?
    Items that are listed ”out of stock” are not available for purchase. Please contact us to enquiry on product availability.
  • Can I exchange my item?
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at happyowlcycle@gmail.com. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us via mail.
  • Can I exchange an item I bought on sale or at a discounted price?
    Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items and marketplace items cannot be exchanged.
  • Can I refund my order?
    We do not do refunds at the moment. Thank you for your understanding.
  • What are your processing times for online orders?
    All orders will be processed during our business hours from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 11:30am to 6:30pm. Orders received on Sundays, Mondays or Public Holidays will be processed the next working day. We may be away for overseas cycling trips and your orders may be delayed. Please refer to our facebook for out-of-office notices.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to the order. We are unable to make any changes to your order once the order has been shipped.
  • I have trouble installing the item(s) I ordered. Can I bring down to the store for installation?
    All the items listed on our website are quoted without installation. We charge a labour fee for installation.
  • What are the charges for local delivery?
    We offer free shipping on all items to Singapore addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Jurong Island.
  • How many days will my product be delivered?
    We aim to deliver in-stock items in the next working day. Bicycle purchase and items that need to be transferred from other branch may take up to 2-3 business days. All orders are subject to the delivery schedule of our delivery partner.
  • Do you deliver overseas or internationally?
    Please contact us for a quote for shipment to countries other than Singapore. For international shipment, any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that all international delivery times are subjected to customs clearance.
  • I do not wish to pay for VAT/customs fee for an overseas delivery. Can I return the item?
    We will charge a return fee if you do not wish to accept the goods due to high VAT/TAX duties upon arrival of your items.
  • What is the currency of your online store?
    All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments with major credit cards via Paypal, Stripe or Atome. Please contact us for Bank transfers and Paynow.
  • Do you provide bike servicing?
    Yes, our mechanics are trained to service all Brompton and foldable bicycles. Please refer to our servicing package.
  • Can I walk-in with my bicycle without a servicing appointment?
    You may walk-in at our outlets without an appointment during our business hours. Please refer to our store locations and business hours.
  • How much is the servicing package?
    Our servicing package is $120 for labour charge, excluding parts replacement. Depending on the bike condition, a surcharge of $20 may be imposed for additional cleaning.
  • Do you organise overseas cycling trips?
    Yes, we regular organise overseas cycling trips across the borders. Please refer to our events page.
  • I am interested in your event but the registration is closed. How do I register?
    All our events have limited capacity and are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
