Shipping (Singapore)
Free shipping on all items to Singapore addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Jurong Island.

 

Shipping (All other countries)
Please contact us for a quote for shipment to countries not listed above.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that all international delivery times are subjected to customs clearance.

Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at happyowlcycle@gmail.com.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us via mail.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
